From the Ashes and Farpoint – PlayStation.Blog

Return to one of PlayStation’s most iconic settings reimagined for PS4 and have a truly unique puzzle experience for PS5 when Final Fantasy VII Remake and Maquette come to PlayStation Plus next month. In addition to these titles, the intense science fiction survival campaign from Remnant: From the Ashes and PS VR shooter Farpoint will also start on Tuesday, March 2nd.

Let’s take a closer look at the games.

Final Fantasy VII Remake | PS4

Square Enix’s modern reinterpretation of its legendary role-playing game features unforgettable characters, a breathtaking story and epic battles. Return to the town of Midgar as Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit, now a mercenary, provides assistance to the Avalanche resistance group. Cloud and his comrades initially carry out daring raids against Shinra to defend themselves against his planet-threatening machinations. They are unaware of the epic consequences that await them.

The story of this first standalone game in the Final Fantasy VII Remake project covers the party’s escape from Midgar and goes deeper into the events in Midgar than the classic original.

Please note that the PS4 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake available to PlayStation Plus members is not eligible for the PS5 digital version upgrade.

If you are puzzled by a puzzle, you can head to the PS5 Game Help *** for helpful tips on solving Maquette’s more difficult problems.
